Thurgood Marshall Middle School will beworking with great partners to develop programs in Science, Technology,Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), entrepreneurship,  financial literacy, fine arts, and more.  These partners will work with the school and our students to provide apprenticeships, technology support, and supplemented instruction throughout the school year.

CFY recognizes that home computer introduced with the right wrap-around programming – including educational software,training, and technical support – can help families create more robust learning environments at home.  Thus they strive to provide these technological resources and training to students in underserved areas.

Jamba Juice is all about helping schools. Thurgood Marshall has teamed up with Jamba Juice to bring to the school a healthy after school choice. Every Wednesday which is called "Wacky Jamba Wednesdays" Jamba Juice will be on campus selling their refreshing nutritious smoothies for $2.00. For every smoothie sold Jamba Juice will give back $0.40 to the school starting September 7, 2011.

Inner City Education Foundation PerformingArts 

and Visual and Media Arts programs(www.icefla.org)

ICEF’s Performing Arts and Visual and Media Arts Program includes content that exposes children to the complimentary influences of physical, social and academic development through offerings that go beyond the core academic curriculum to practical and active experience. ICEF has a range of student performance groups training in music, dance and drama. The mission of the Visual Arts and Media department is: “To prepare students to compete in the top Arts Colleges as culturally aware, individual critical thinkers, and creative problem solvers with imagination and integrity.
